Rolex Lady-Datejust
“The classic watch designed for a lady.” This is how the Oyster Perpetual Lady‑Datejust is often described, and it may well be true. Since the early 20th century, Rolex has designed and crafted watches for women with the same standard of excellence as the models that made the company legendary. If being a classic means continuing this tradition while combining elegance with precision, grace with strength and beauty with technical performance, then this is indeed the classic watch designed for a lady: the Lady‑Datejust.

A milestone in Rolex history
Women who break new ground have always played an important role in Rolex history. Since the brand’s beginnings, they have inspired exceptional watches that support their independence. The Lady‑Datejust pays tribute to those with the courage to lead the way, embodying precision while combining classic elegance with technical performance.
The Datejust legacy
Introduced in 1957, the Lady‑Datejust incorporates all the attributes of the legendary Datejust launched in 1945. As the women’s version of this calendar chronometer, it carries forward the Datejust legacy of elegance and functionality in a smaller size that sits gracefully on the wrist.
A wealth of variations
Sunray-finished, mother-of-pearl or diamond-paved, Lady‑Datejust dials offer a wealth of variations. Depending on the version, the watch features a domed, fluted or diamond-set bezel.
Exclusive materials
The Lady‑Datejust is available in Oystersteel, 18 ct yellow, white or Everose gold, or in Rolesor, combining Oystersteel with one of the three types of gold.
28 mm Oyster case
The Lady-Datejust’s 28 mm Oyster case combines balanced proportions, robustness and elegance. Its middle case is crafted from a solid block of Oystersteel or 18 ct gold and is guaranteed waterproof to a depth of 100 metres.
Legendary bracelets
Depending on the version, the Lady-Datejust is fitted with a three-piece link Oyster bracelet with an Oysterclasp, the five-piece link Jubilee bracelet introduced for the Datejust in 1945, or a three-piece link President bracelet. The Jubilee and President bracelets feature the elegant concealed Crownclasp.
Calibre 2236
The Lady‑Datejust is equipped with calibre 2236, a self-winding mechanical movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. Its patented silicon Syloxi hairspring is insensitive to magnetic fields, highly stable with temperature variations and ensures regularity in every position.
Superlative Chronometer certification
Like all Rolex watches, the Lady‑Datejust carries the Superlative Chronometer certification. The green seal symbolises this status and is coupled with an international five-year guarantee.
